Monday - Read for 30 minutes and study vocabulary words
Tuesday - Read for 30 minutes and study vocabulary prefixes/roots/suffixes
Wednesday - Read for 30 minutes and study vocabulary parts of speech and sentence structure.
Thursday - Read for 30 Minutes
Friday - Read for 30 Minutes

Each student is required to read three books per nine weeks within their reading range. The first nine-weeks they will need to read one fiction book and two non-fiction books in order to receive full credit. The second nine-weeks students will need to read and two fiction books and one non-fiction book.

There is a vocabulary quiz in my class EVERY Thursday.

 Projects/assignments are given out weekly.

I will post due dates below for the next project and when it is due.

Next Project: Mythological Creature Creation - Final Drafts Due: Wednesday, November 18th (3rd block due Thursday)

Students will be using their creature to write an explanation/origination myth in class on this day!
